Business/Provider: Any company, service provider, or professional creating and managing a listing on Rehat Connect.
Free Listing: A basic listing available at no cost with limited features.
Paid Listing: An upgraded listing with additional features under different subscription packages.
3. SERVICES PROVIDED
Rehat Connect serves as an online directory where businesses providing NDIS services can list their details, and clients can browse and connect with them. The platform offers:
Free and Paid Listings for businesses.
Contact and communication options between clients and providers.
Search and filter functionalities to explore service providers.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 General Users (Visitors & Clients)
Must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Are responsible for verifying the credibility of any provider before engaging their services.
Must not misuse, extract, or republish provider details without consent.
4.2 Businesses (Providers Creating Listings)
Must provide accurate and truthful information in their listings.
Are responsible for maintaining and updating their listing details.
Must ensure that any content, including logos and business information, does not infringe on third-party rights.
5. LISTING OPTIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
5.1 Free Listings
Available to all businesses at no cost.
Includes limited features compared to paid listings.
5.2 Paid Listings
Businesses may opt for paid subscriptions that offer enhanced features.
Pricing and features vary based on selected packages.
5.3 Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Paid listings are billed on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly, as applicable).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled within the user’s account before the renewal date.
Cancellation of a paid listing will only take effect at the end of the paid period.
Once a paid subscription is cancelled, the listing will downgrade to a Free Listing, and premium features will be disabled.
No refunds will be provided for unused time after cancellation.
6. BUSINESS CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Businesses listing on Rehat Connect retain full ownership of their content, logos, and branding materials.
Rehat Connect does not claim any rights, ownership, or shares in the business content uploaded to the platform.
Users must not copy, distribute, or misuse any business’s content without their express permission.
If any content is found to be misused, Rehat Connect reserves the right to remove the offending user and take necessary legal actions.
7. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN USERS
Clients and businesses may interact through the contact details provided on the platform.
Rehat Connect is not responsible for any communications, transactions, or disputes between users.
Users must conduct their due diligence before engaging in business interactions.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rehat Connect does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality of services provided by listed businesses.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from interactions or transactions between users and providers.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is always up to date or error-free.
9. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS
Rehat Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account if found in violation of these Terms.
Any attempt to mislead, defraud, or misuse the platform may result in legal action.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
